First, fold the paper just in the middle and cut two stripes of paper using the scissors ( two rectangles.)
Then , glue the stripes.
After that, fold the paper back and forth..
Next, fold it in a half and glue the middles together.
Finally, glue your popsicle sticks to the paper and just tie the sticks together at the bottom.
